Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used water bottles or jugs for health and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing the highest quality spring water.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will promptly issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Unopened water cases or jugs in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, subject to approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us with your order number, reason for the return, and supporting details.
